As if it could perch on the deck of the majestic Percé Rock, a stranded stone ship, this film takes an innovative look at a Gaspésie shaped by nature, culture and history. “Two parts geology and one part magic,” the story focuses on the splendour of Percé, which was inhabited by fishermen, geologists, poets and botanists before entering the history books as a focal point of Quebec identity, around the Centre d'art and the Maison du pêcheur, 1,000 kilometres as the crow flies from Montreal. This film is an ode to the beauty and mystery of the world seen through the eyes of filmmaker Carlos Ferrand.
